I have been sailing since I was 21, I raced for several years before getting the cruising bug, Took off for ports unknown at 33 and cruised the Caribbean for 9 years. Came back to Houston and went back to work, but continued to sail as much as I could. Took off again at 58 on our Beneteau 473 after selling my business and sailed the Western Caribbean for 2 years and returned to Houston. Currently have the 473 and own an LED lighting company and still sail as much as I can. I am married to a terrific lady named Kelly and it's hard to figure out who loves the sea more ,her or me.
